About Us at Barron
Rapid prototyping uses stereolithography to transform virtual designs from computer aided design (CAD) into patterns used for metal casting without the need for tooling.
Barron Industries produces castings in a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, including: steel, stainless steel, tool steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, and cobalt alloys.
Our certified armor plate and pressure vessel boiler code (ASME) welders begin with bar stock, steel plate, casting and tubing and weld them into fabricated components using MIG and TIG welding processes.
CNC machining finishes parts for use at final assembly including turning, drilling, tapping and milling operations.
We offer a full range of in-house assembly services, including: press fitting, gluing, welding, staking, assembly of purchased parts, pressure testing, radiography, stenciling/marking and special packaging.
