BarronCast produces a variety of casting configurations in many different materials. Components are completely machined, assembled, plated and painted. The investment castings produced range from a few ounces to 250 pounds of carbon, alloy, tool and stainless steels, hastelloy, cobalt, nickel, aluminum and copper alloys. BCI pioneered the development of large stainless steel castings for the food machinery industry in the late 1960s, converting 60 lb. sand castings to investment castings, which eliminated surface defect problems and provided near net shape parts.
